Hong and I dropped in to the townhouse yesterday to meet up with Brett the landscaper. He was very nice and helpful. I also dropped in this afternoon to have a look, I think he has done a good job. The timing for completing the planting was perfect for the opening.
We would also like to express our sincere thanks to you for arranging the carpet steam cleaning job. It was another job well done. It has made a remarkable difference to the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the place. We are very grateful for the thoughts and preparatory work you put in.
By the way, while we were there yesterday, Hong did a bit of cleaning job removing markings and stains from the walls.

Relocating overseas is never an easy task and adding the additional stress of renting your family home was a testing time for myself and family. When we were looking for an agent it was important for us to find someone we could trust and knew would ensure that our house was rented to the most appropriate tenant.
Before we met Keith we had 2 other agents come through the house. These agents were good, but lacked a special some thing that we were looking for.
Keith and his colleague Elizabeth both came to our house for the first meeting. They were professional, organised and had a plan from the moment we started the conversation about renting.
